Who we are
Sentry Cloud IT, which runs this site, has looked after the technology of Atlanta-area businesses for more than 25 years. We handle help desk support, networks, Microsoft 365, security and backups for organizations that need dependable technology without staffing an IT department of their own. This site covers the work we do for businesses in Smyrna, Vinings and the Cumberland area of south Cobb County.
Why a Smyrna site
Smyrna's business community is varied. A law firm in a Galleria tower, a restaurant near Truist Park, a dental office on Spring Road and an insurance agency off Atlanta Road all need IT help, but not the same kind. We wanted one place to explain how we approach each of them in plain terms, using local facts rather than generic claims.

Our location
Sentry Cloud IT works out of 1040 Cambridge Square, Suite A, Alpharetta, GA 30009. There is no Smyrna office. Engineers come down GA-400 and across I-285 for scheduled visits, and most support happens remotely, so traffic doesn't slow down a fix.
Who we work with
Most clients have between 10 and 150 people. We also work with smaller offices that hold sensitive information, such as medical, legal, financial and real estate firms. Some clients have no IT staff at all. Others have one internal person who wants backup on security, monitoring and projects. We fit around either arrangement.
